No. Please show up bathed. The focus of this retreat is deep internal self-care. External self-care can resume the moment you return home anew. You will, however, be able to wash your face and brush your teeth.

Yes. High-quality, delicious nutrition intentionally designed to support the deep internal work will be provided by a loving, farm-to-table local catering professional.

Maybe. On a case-by-case basis, bringing your own food may be allowed for specific medical or dietary needs. However, we provide carefully curated whole food and snacks chosen to support your journey. Highly processed foods—even “healthy” ones—are not as supportive.
If you have a medically necessary diet, please inform us before securing your spot, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Our food is clean, easy to digest, and supports optimal nutrition for breathwork and journeying.

We will be eating, sleeping, and breathing together in the ARK.
If you prefer, you’re welcome to sleep under the stars near the ARK.
For those needing solitude or space for self-reflection, the 300-acre ranch provides ample room to wander and process.
This experience is curated to build strong, lifelong bonds, so living together is encouraged.

Yes. Our team includes 30-year veteran first responders as part of the expert group holding space for participants.

Yes. The gear list is of maximum importance, created by master journeyers and expert adventurers.
As a great SEAL instructor once said:"No one ever died of cold legs, so you could leave your sleeping bag at home to save weight."

Not always. Breakthroughs require effort, trust, and courage.
For some, the first session won’t open into a trauma release or psychedelic-like state. That’s okay. It doesn’t mean you did it wrong.
Ask for help— our facilitators are here to guide you.
Each participant receives two long breathwork sessions per retreat, and many who don’t break through the first time do so during the second.
Apply yourself, release expectations, and seek support when needed.It is highly likely you’ll never be the same.
